Premium Chef Knives is a Military Veteran-owned and run company based out of Saint Augustine, FL. We started PCK with a passion for food that began at Mom's dinner table and made its way through some of the world's best restaurants before eventually finding a home in our own kitchen. Iconic Japanese Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto once said, "a kitchen without a knife is not a kitchen," and we agree! If you're serious about food, the first thing you learn to do is use and care for your chef knife. Whether you're a professional chef or a home cook, we believe great food comes from one simple proven recipe: fresh ingredients and quality tools.
