As Co-owner and Founder of The Coffee Box, we designed the business to be managed and run through a hierarchical system. Share management, vision, and strategy in addition to product placement and branding. Adjoining duties include Search Engine Optimization (SEO), website design, development, and social media platforms management for full-stack business analysis. The business and The Coffee Box operating model are comparable to the Joint Deployment Distribution Enterprise (JDDE).
