In the Marine Corp, I had a great deal of leadership training, as I could not just fire people I had to learn how to motivate them. After a great deal of time and effort researching the effectiveness of different leadership techniques I realized that there is no one perfect type of leadership. You must form your personnel around you or you around your personnel. Your employees outlook on the company does directly effect your profit margin.
